Refund policy
REFUND POLICY:
Due to sanitary and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on oil, scalp peptide, brushes, hair accessories or derma-stamps.
Only under this exception we will accept a refund on oil and peptide:
- Within the first 7 days of delivery, you experienced scalp irritation. This request must be made within the first 7 days of delivery. There are no exceptions.
Only under this exception we will accept a refund on accessories:
- This includes brushes or scrunchies. The product has arrived broken. Proof will need to be emailed within the fist 3 days of delivery Support@Emunah-Beauty.com
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are purchased at a discount advantage. We do not accepts returns or offer refunds on subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next order is scheduled to ship. You can manage your subscription here: Subscription Management.
Return Labels
- We do not provide return labels.
There are ZERO refunds on derma-stamps due to sanitary and bio-hazard reasons.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Emunah Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, carrier delays, or packages marked as delivered but not received. For issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
