Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Emunah Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, carrier delays, or packages marked as delivered but not received. For issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Return Labels

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels. Emunah Beauty does not provide them.
